You can insert a link which gives the link directly (as above)

I think we will need to give mods time to learn or create some help pages. (also for the forum users)

There may be addons that improve things - not sure.

It looks quite different. I had to add an extra bit in to moderate new users.

Further reports just get added into the comments. (which maybe isn't great)
